Home Modification and Maintenance Services
The NSW Home Modification and Maintenance Services (HMMS) State Council is the peak organisation for the HMMS industry in New South Wales.
HMMS are part of the Home and Community Care (HACC) Program and provide major and minor modifications and some maintenance work for people who are frail aged, people with disabilities and their carers so they may live more independently in the community and remain living at home. The emphasis of the work is on access, safety and independence.
The site serves as a practical source of information and a communication channel for home modification and maintenance service clients and their carers as well as providing assistance and resources for service providers and other stakeholders.

Chronic Illness Alliance
The Chronic Illness Alliance has 39 member organisations, both state and national. The aim of the Alliance is to build a better focus in health policy and health services for all people with chronic illnesses.
