How to register
The registration process is simple. Call MS Connect™ on 1800 042 138.

What happens when I register?
Once you return the form, a staff member will contact you to confirm your information and discuss any of the services you might be wanting. When registration is completed the information you provide is transferred to a client file and our database. This information is treated as confidential and will not be given to anyone outside of MS Australia - ACT/NSW/VIC without your permission. Some anonymous statistical data is provided to government departments which provide us with funding. This data will never contain identifying details like your name or address.
What happens if I choose not to register?
Whether you choose to register or not, you will always have access to information, support and resources through MS Connect.
