Face to Face Groups ACT/NSW

Groups meet at range of locations in metropolitan and regional areas. Each group is different with some groups are focused on MS issues and others offering opportunities to meet up socially with other people with MS. You may also like to consider joining one of exercise groups or other wellness activities as a way to meet up with other people with MS in your local area.
