The Studdy MS Residential Unit at Lidcombe in Sydney is a facility operated by MS Australia - ACT/ NSW/VIC providing long term accommodation and short term respite for people with MS who have moderate to high care needs.
A recreation program is offered for both long and short term residents. All meals are provided in the dining room with special dietary requirements catered for.

Leafy Lodge at Baulkham Hills in Sydney is suitable for people who live at home and can independently care for themselves. Leafy Lodge is self contained four bedroom facility with a fully accessible bathroom and kitchen. There is also a large accessible back garden.

NSW offers a flexible respite program called "FlexiRest". FlexiRest funds a range of respite-related services either in-home or out-of-home for people with progressive neurological disorders, their families and carers.

This new initiative operates with funding from the Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care (DADHC) and is run by a consortium consisting of Muscular Dystrophy NSW, Motor Neurone Disease Association of NSW and MS Australia - ACT/ NSW/VIC.
It is provided to eligible people who have a demonstrated need that cannot be met by existing respite services.
