Benefits of registration
By registering with MS Australia - ACT/NSW/VIC you can access our full range of services. These include access to our assessment and advice services and community programs and the In Touch magazine and other information. Registration also provides MS Australia - ACT/NSW/VIC with valuable data about the needs of people with MS which can help us plan and deliver our services more effectively. There is no charge for registration.
How to register
The registration process is simple. Call MS Connect™ on 1800 042 138.

What happens when I register?
Once you return the form, a health worker will contact you to confirm your information and discuss any of the services you might be wanting. When registration is completed the information you provide is transferred to a client file and database. This information is treated as confidential and will not be given to anyone outside of MS Australia - ACT/NSW/VIC.
If you register online, or download a registration form from the web, you will be asked to provide a hard copy of your confirmation of diagnosis. This can take the form of a letter from your doctor or completion of the Confirmation of MS Diagnosis form and this should be forwarded to the address on the registration form.
