Register for Peer Support Program
The information on your completed form will help us understand your situation and what you need from Peer Support. We will then match you with a trained Peer Support Worker who is, or has been, in a similar situation to yourself.
Our Peer Program Leader will monitor each match to see how things are progressing, asking for feedback from you and the Peer Support Worker involved. You can choose the type of contact that best suits your circumstances i.e. telephone, online or face-to-face.
