Employer Sponsorship
Many companies have programs designed to encourage employees and their involvement within the local community. Contact the HR department in your organisation and see if and how they are willing to lend their support to you and your cause.
Matched Employee Funding
Your employer may have a matched funding program whereby they will match dollar for dollar the amount you or your team fundraise. Even if there is currently no such program in place, they may be more than willing to contribute towards your efforts in supporting a good cause.
Company Donation
If your company will not match your efforts then they still may be prepared to donate towards your fundraising goal by way of a company donation. We can issue tax receipts and invoices upon request.
All you have to do is ask!
If you are part of a company team then promote the event as a team building exercise and invite all those from the company to take part. Using the Intranet to gain sponsorship or team members is a great way to publicise the event and your goal. The company can promote themselves through the event (name, t-shirts, jerseys etc) and others will be inspired to sponsor you knowing that your company is supporting you or your team every step of the way!
My company requires further information or recognition
The MS Events team are available to provide you with any assistance or documentation you may need in regards to company sponsorship. We can provide tax invoices, receipts and we are more than happy to write a thankyou letter and provide your company with a certificate in appreciation for their support.
