Danny Potter
"That's Life"
Danny is a husband and father of two adult daughters and resides in the Wangaratta area in rural Victoria. While living with MS for the past sixteen years, Danny also climbed the corporate ladder. He is currently working as a general manager in the recycling industry at various sites throughout Victoria.

While participating in competitive basketball and baseball it was becoming evident it was getting harder and harder to focus on and hit the ball. Following a check up and visit to a specialist, an MRI provided a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis, the most common chronic neurological disease of young Australians.
With a positive attitude and the support of his family, this gentleman, who calls a spade a spade, feels he doesn't see himself as a "sufferer". He has in fact achieved more on a personal note, virtually in spite of MS.

Amidst a hectic life five years ago, Danny, by his own admission, experienced a "mid-life crisis" and proactively took himself off to university resulting in a Bachelor of Business. This results-driven individual now has a piece of paper that verifies, "I actually KNOW what I have been doing in my professional life for the past twenty years."
Danny provides a fresh face to the 2009 program and brings with him outstanding commercial successes to add to the mix of skills, knowledge and experience that creates a great team. The MS Ambassador Program is delighted Danny is keen to be part of this exciting program in 2009.
