Telephone Interpreter Service 13 14 50

Interpreters are available to help you access information and our services and programs and can assist with phone calls and face-to-face meetings. You can access the national Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS service) for the cost of a local call:

1. Call Translating and Interpreting Service 13 14 50
2. Request your language
3. Hold the line for an interpreter
4. Ask the interpreter to contact MS Connect on 1800 042 138
5. The interpreter and an MS Connect staff member will talk together with you on the same phone line.

Alternatively, phone MS Connect on 1800 042 138 and ask to be called back with an interpreter who speaks your language.
